Instructors, Students, family and friends met and trained together today at the C.M.A.A. 2008 annual summer training course.
Andrew Morrell opened the event with a 30 minute flexibility warm up then the adults and children were split in to 2 groups to be taught 40 minutes sessions by various C.M.A.A. Instructors, they were: -
Jamie Ward, Steve Hallam, Steve Campbell, Sam Wood, Ricky Fletcher, Gus Marsden, John Barrass, Jon Norman, Phil Wright, Debbie and Chris Lowe.
At the end of the 4 and a half hours came time for the awards. This year both Dan grade and Instructor awards were given out along with lower KYU grades.
