At the next page enter the order value in the quantity field, for example if your order totals £25.00 enter 25 3. Enter your payments details as requested, Paypal account or credit/debit card 4. IMPORTANT - Enter what you have paid for in the 'Instructions to merchant' field e.g. 'Payment for 7 membership licences', 'Payment for 3 on Referees course dated ....' etc........ 5. When done download the relevant C.M.A.A. order form, if applicable, (grading, membership licence etc) and post it to us remembering to include your Paypal payment reference number and value |
