Black Belt Panel Gradings
 Saturday 17th October 2009
On Saturday 17th of October C.M.A.A. National Black Belt gradings were held at the Cobra FMA Club in Dukinfield Manchester.

13 candidates from around the U.K. worked throughout the day for their grades. At the end of the grading 12 out of the 13 had passed. The new Dan Grades are as follows, they have also been added to the Black Belt Register on this site:

1. Anthony Raddings 1st Dan Shotokan Karate
2. Paul Simpson 1st Dan Sport Karate/Kickboxing
3. Jordan Preston 1st Dan Sport Karate/Kickboxing
4. Maisie Tomlinson 1st Dan Freestyle Kickboxing
5. Nick  O'Driscoll 1st Dan Freestyle Kickboxing
6. Peter Bateman 1st Dan Freestyle Kickboxing
7. Christina Foster 1st Dan Cobra Kickboxing
8. David Pells 2nd Dan Cobra Kickboxing
9. Andrew Kearns 2nd Degree Tae Kwon Do
10. Stephen Hale 3rd Degree Kung Fu
11. Ross Flay 3rd Dan Freestyle Kickboxing
12. Lee Foley 3rd Dan Freestyle Kickboxing

Dan grade awards were also made during the past week to the following:

1. Andrew Tommis 5th Dan Shukokai Karate
2. Hugh Roberts 6th Dan Shukokai Karate
3. Lisa Belcher 6th Dan Ju-Jitsu
4. Ron Rudge 7th Dan Shotokan Karate

On the weekend of the 10th and 11th of October we once again went over to Portugal for our training holiday. While there the following grading took place:

3. Maggie Dunbavin 2nd Dan Freestyle Kickboxing
