The Law & Training courses

The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 states that if you have identified that first aiders are needed in your environment, they must gain a certificate of competence from a training organisation that has been approved by HSE. Before booking onto any course you should check that the trainer and, most importantly, the certificate you will receive are HSE approved.
