Items are posted out twice per week on the following days:

Please ensure that you place the correct postage on all items mailed to us. Due to time restraints, and surcharges incurred by us each time this happens, items sent with insufficient postage WILL NOT be collected from the Post Office and will either be lost in the postal system or returned to you by the Post Office 3 weeks later so long as they can find a return address.
A 1st class stamp is only acceptable as postage on an A5 size envelope less than 5 mm thick and weighing less than 100g, shown as the red area in the image below.
All others will require weighing at the Post Office and will either be a Large Letter, which must fit within the grey area shown below, or a packet if thicker than 25mm. |
